I have struggled for some time trying to get the sound on my laptop to play through the TV. A well known Supermarket chain said I needed a cable with red and white connectors at the end and all I had to do was to plug them into the matching 'holes' at the back of the telly (excuse my lack of technical description!). I was duly supplied with said cable but it never worked. I went to another well known electrical retailer and they said the same - just plug the red and white things in. I decided not to embarrass myself further, so just got on-line to find out why it simply wasn't happening for me. Luckily I came across the Cables and Lead website. I could have rung for advice, but actually found the information about the 3.5mm Stereo Male to 2 x RCA Phono Female Adapter reasonably easy to understand and, after studying the back of my telly, had a pretty good idea this was what I needed. I placed the order with fingers crossed! The package arrived the next day, so a terrific delivery time, and it was exactly what I'd needed all along. Thank you Cables and Leads, and be assured that if I have any 'connection' difficulties in the future, I wont hesitate to get in contact - might even be brave enough to phone!

I was given A1 Telephone advice before purchasing Also items not listed were found for me in time for same day posting with EXCELLENT comunication throughout. The products have now been used daily for over a month and still in PERFECT condition Overall Service Exelent & Goods inexspensive & Excellent Quality I will allways use for my cables etc & HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE Many Thanks A.
