Convert 7 pin to 4 pin S-Video and Composite, a great small adapter cable to have around. Video from Laptops or Desktop Computers sometimes is only provided via a 7 pin mini din output. With this S-Video and Composite Video Cable you can convert your video out to a format you can use more easily with your standard composite video cable or S-Video enabled video equipment or displays. If your Computer or laptop accepts a 7 pin output then this adapter cable will help you get your computer connected to your TV. - Q: To follow up on this. I'm trying to connect a PCI-E video card with 7 pin out S-Video to a SCART connection on an older TV. but I'm not certain from the description of the PC to TV kit if I properly understand the requirements.
  
  Is it the case that I will need three cable assemblies to link this part to the SCART to Composite adaptor ?
  1) 4 pin male S-Video to male SVideo
  2) stereo jack to dual RCA Audio Cable
  3) RCA male to RCA male for the additional video connection
  
  Or is the RCA Male to RCA Male cable for the additional video connection redundant (as it is not listed on your "PC or Laptop to TV Kit via S-Video"

  Thanks for checking. Not sure if you are aware, but to make life a bit easier, we do offer a 7 Pin S-Video PC / Laptop to TV Kit! Search our site for code: 104103.7 This includes this 7 pin to 4 pin adapter cable in the kit. The RCA composite cable (yellow) on this adapter can be used if you wish, but in the S-Video kit, it is not required. Hope this helps!

- Q: im trying to watch film through my computer on to my tv but i only have scart and a 4 pin plug and jack plugs . but on my laptop it has a 7 pin plug is it posable to still watch films from my computer on my tv . if it is how can i do this . thanks
