It seems that no matter whether your equipment is bang up to date or not, there just never seems to be enough Molex cables available from your computers power supply. This is still a problem today, although nowadays the higher end computer power supplies, do offer more of these 12v connectors.

Thankfully, if this is the case and you do not have enough of these inside your computer case for your new equipment.
