We would like to provide this delivery information to you, so you know what delivery service you can expect from us here at Cables & Leads. We are based in the UK and so will ensure we offer a competitive and cost effective delivery service for you, when you next order your Cable, Lead or Accessory from us. Delivery Costs / Delivery OffersDue to the variation in value and size of items on offer at Cables & Leads, the delivery costs do vary depending on the items and of course your UK location. Simply add an item to the online basket, and fill out the Delivery Cost / Postcode Checker, we will then be able to provide a delivery cost for you.Due to recent changes in costs for Large Letters and Packet postal charges from the Royal Mail, we have ended our offer of FREE Delivery (on everything). We have therefore applied very, competitive range of postal charges which depend on the item(s) ordered. Delivery TimesWe offer a range of delivery options, to understand the time it will take for you to receive an item, please first see the product page for the item(s) you wish to purchase. The actual product page will indicate if either a product is In Stock or the time it will take to arrive to us.IN STOCK Items: 1 - STANDARD - Items may take up to 3-5 Days to reach you (Mon-Fri). 2 - EXPRESS - Items will be with you Next Working Day (Mon-Fri). 3 - PRE 1PM - Items will be with you Next Business / Working Day (Mon-Fri), before 1pm. 4 - SATURDAY - Items will be with you on a Saturday SPECIAL ORDER Items: 1 - Standard Delivery - Items may take up to 3-5 days to reach you (Mon-Fri), AFTER they have arrived back into stock with us. Please see the product page of the item you wish to order, to find out how long this will take to come into stock. 2 - We do not offer Next Day Delivery options on Special Order items. Can I get a Next Day / Pre 1pm / Saturday Delivery?We do offer Expedited, Next Day Delivery Options on items that we show In Stock. This will be shown on the product page, if an item is in stock, please add it to the online basket and proceed to the checkout. You may then select the delivery option you require as you proceed to buy the item from us. Next Day Delivery is subject to:- In stock items only. (Stock shown on product pages) - Order with us before 14:00 Monday to Friday. - Payment received & Passed Security Again Saturday Delivery and Pre 1pm Options are available, if an item is in stock at the time of ordering. These services are subject to your order passing our security check and valid payment in place for the order. Special Order ItemsAs well as a great range of stocked Cables and Leads, we do also offer items ordered upon request. These are indicated to you as 'Special Order' items on the product page, the lead time for this is also indicated. We will always do our best to get the item ordered with the manufacturer / supplier as soon as possible. We can then expect you to receive this item on time to you. However, we must point out that even suppliers and manufacturers run out of stock from time to time, so please bear with us for an update should your order take a little longer than expected! You can of course get in touch with us at any time, should you want an update on your special order items.If your order was mixed with both Special and Stocked items, we normally ship your order when all items are ready to go. If you want us to split your order and ship the stocked items sooner, then again, please get in touch with us and advise us accordingly. Our Delivery CompaniesWe use both FedEx Express and the Royal Mail to deliver items from us here at Cables & Leads in the UK. Depending on your UK location, we will always endeavor to use the most efficient delivery company for you.International OrdersWe are currently unable to ship or retail items outside of the UK at present as we are only authorised to retail to the UK at present.What to do if your order has not arrived!?If you find it has been a few days since your order was shipped from us and your order has not arrived, we have a help page dedicated to a few things to do and check if your order has not yet arrived with you. Superb - but a little short.
