Q: Hi, I have a 4 or 5 year old Tevion GT2702 LCD; it has component in and a DVI socket that appears to be -I (8 x 3 sockets with a "+" shape and four sockets around it).
I have just bought a new AV amp with HDMI and component out. I have tried connecting the TV to the amp using component but the TV is not recognising the signal so I want to try HDMI out from the amp to the TV's DVI-I in.
Can you help with this?

Q: Hallo ,I need to connect my second screen ACER monitor to my new computer. The monitor has a 15 pin VGA socket and the computer a HDM socket( it looks like a large USB)) Can you please suggest a solution thank you Frank
- A: Frank, Hi, the easiest way to do this (in your case) would be via a USB to VGA adapter. This would give your computer a 2nd VGA port that your windows OS will recognise. You can then have multiple windows open, over the 2 displays at the same time! Search our site for code: 900151 for a solution!
