Should you wish to return an item purchased from us here at Cables & Leads, we do have a simple but strict policy in place, so that we can efficiently ensure your return arrives safely back to us. Please take a couple of moments to read this before you request a return to us. 1 - All returns require a 4 digit RMA returns number from us (so we can track the progress of your return) 2 - Please advise us online of your name, date of purchase, receipt/invoice number and reason for return. 3 - We will then issue a returns address or collection details along with a valid 4 digit RMA reference number for your return. £6.00 for most parts of the UK Mainland £19.00 for Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and NI, IOM The collection fee is for an item purchased from us here at Cables & Leads, if you would like to arrange for a return and refund for an item just received, please ensure you have the following: 1 - Date of Purchase and Order Number with us. 2 - Then request a returns RMA 4 digit number Online Now If you would like to use your own delivery company to return an item to us: a - Request a returns authorisation (RMA) number from us. b - Ensure your insure the item to be returned. c - Ensure the item is returned in the same condition as it was received. d - Use a delivery service that provides a proof of delivery upon receipt. |
