DVI Computer to HDMI TV Cable Kit
DVI Computer to HDMI TV Cable Kit allows your PC with a DVI output to connect to your HD Ready TV, with HDMI input. As DVI does not carry any audio, we also include an audio cable that runs alongside this cable from your computer to your TV or home cinema system.
The audio cable is a 3.5mm stereo jack to 2 RCA type and offers the best connection for sound from your computers soundcard to the audio input on your amplifier or TV.
The quality of a DVI / HDMI cable connection, will allow for excellent results, especially when watching films or viewing photos from your PC on your TV.
Other Points to consider
1 - If you only have 1 DVI output that you use for your monitor (and still want to leave your monitor connected!), then you may need to consider using a USB to DVI adapter. This will provide you with a spare DVI port you can use on your computer for your TV and this cable kit (at the same time!).
2 - If you have 2 DVI outputs, you can connect this kit to the 2nd DVI port and setup your windows desktop to view either both screens at the same time (clone) or allow an extended desktop, so you can drag n drop your windows between screens.
